We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! This part-time position provides general repair and maintenance to multiple Tim Hortons franchise store operations, owned and operated by Kelton Enterprises, LLC. An integral part of the overall success of the company, this position maintains restaurant equipment & buildings, and keeps locations in the best possible condition. Responsibilities, Essential Functions, & Tasks: • Install, troubleshoot, repair equipment as necessary • Perform interior and exterior routine preventative maintenance • Perform basic carpentry including but not limited to flooring, ceiling tile repair/upkeep, shelving, and more. • Perform basic plumbing & electrical tasks. • Assist with seasonal maintenance such as painting, power washing, and other property & building maintenance.
