Rusak agency is a premier service agency, relocated from Clinton Twp. to Shelby twp. in December 2015. With a new location they are also looking to expand their agency to maintain one of the top elite agencies with Allstate. Currently K. J. Rusak & Assoc. Inc. is one of the largest single location agencies, and has been an established agency for over 30 years.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission (potential to make 50000+)
• Monthly bonus

Responsibilities

• Putting together insurance proposals and presenting them to the customer
• Providing advice and recommendations to the customer on insurance needs and educating the customer on potential insurance gaps
• processing transactions taking payments and servicing existing accounts when needed.
• Hitting monthly goals and levels that are laid out by agency
• Establishing networks and obtaining referral sources

Property and casualty license

Life and health license preferred
