ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Cuts lumber, GluLam Beams, iJoists, LSL & LVL
• Build loads for delivery
• Load and unload lumber and building supplies
• Operates forklift
• Keeps management aware of any delays or discrepancies
• Keeps lumber yard clean, well organized and safe

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 years lumberyard experience related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Forklift certified
• Ability to read/write, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Mathematical skills and reasoning ability. Ability to define problems; collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions..
