- Recruit qualified IT, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Creative/Marketing, etc. professionals for our clients in various industries across the United States.
- Play an active role in sourcing candidates by utilizing various sourcing tools and strategies to include but not limited to: Job Boards, Social Media, Cold Calling, Google X-ray, Networking Events, Referrals, etc.
- Perform basic recruiting functions to include candidate outreach and screening, scheduling od candidate interviews, extending candidate offers, etc.
- Meeting and exceeding internal and external metrics and goals.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks pertaining to our internal recruiting processes and procedures.
- At least 2+ years of experience in the recruiting / staffing industry.
- Broad understanding of all industries and domains, specific experience placing candidates in IT, engineering, administrative and professional roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as proven track record of successful placements and proven ability to source candidates.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the company.
- Ability to multi-task, use sound judgment, and be able to prioritize effectively.
- Strong desire to achieve success both personally, professionally and for the good of the company.
