We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team. We are a small local accounting firm located in Suwanee, GA. We have a homogeneous client base. We work with dentists and doctors in the dental field throughout the Southeast.

The individual would be responsible for the following:

• Taking ownership and working closing with 25-30 monthly clients
• Reconciliation of clients’ business bank accounts
• Inputting data into our accounting software to prepare monthly financial statements
• Preparing quarterly payroll tax returns if necessary
• Preparing Annual – Forms W-2s, Forms W-3s, & Forms 1099s
• Preparing Annual Property Tax Returns
• Assisting in answering the office phones
• Miscellaneous projects

The candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Understanding of Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Reconciliation of clients’ business bank accounts
• Self-motivated Individual
• Ability to work through issues or problems
• Ability to work with clients and staff
