Essential Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years Experience as Project/Product Manager

• Previous Experience as a Project/Product Manager for eCommerce Oriented Business

• Experience with One of More eCommerce and ERP Platforms (i.e. Shopify, Odoo, OpenERP, Magento, etc ...)

• Experience in Managing Geographically Dispersed Teams

• Familiar with Jira/Confluence Project Management

• Proven Track Record of Shipping Software Product Features in an Agile Team

• Clear and Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills

• Experience and Understanding of ERP Systems

• Experience with One or More of the Agile Frameworks (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, etc…)

• Comfort Holding Product Centric Conversations with Internal and External Customers

• Ability to Work Independently While managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously

• Ability to Quickly Assimilate Knowledge About New Industry Sectors and Technologies

Job Responsibilities

• Ideate and Define New Features, Capabilities, and Content to Serve Needs of our Customers

• Draft User-Requirements Based Upon Customer and Market Inputs

• Run Agile Stand-ups/Scrums with Geographically Dispersed Teams

• Plan and Execute Product/Feature Launches in Collaboration with Other Departments

• Monitor and Evaluate Internal Usage of the ERP Platform

• Clearly Define and Communicate Product Requirements

• Facilitate the Project Review Meetings and the Daily Development Standups

• Conduct Internal User Acceptance Testing of the Product Deliverables

• Define and Track Metrics That Inform the Success of Product Initiatives
