Lead execution of IPRs, PDRs, CDRs, and CDRL reviews for engineering efforts
supporting capability development of PM MC systems.
• Lead systems engineering processes, including Requirements Development,
Verification, Validation, and Traceability of software-intensive products.
• Utilize Army Acquisition Process knowledge to help identify, characterize (Impact
and Consequence), prioritize and develop mitigation strategies to support the Risk
Management Process.
• Lead integration activities by providing support for systems engineering, data
design, database transformations, military messaging (VMF, USMTF, XML), data
flow diagrams, interface control documentation, and verification, and validation
events.
• Familiar with PM MC Common Operating Environment (COE) systems and
support applications: CPCE, BCCS, TSI, JBC-P, JCR, MMC (Frontline), BFT1/2,
Common Software, VMWare, SQL, DDS, PowerShell, CPI2, AFATDS
• Perform internal and external technology evaluations
• Analyze and provide protective measure recommendations for tactical systems in a
security constrained environment
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and assist in design solutions to complex engineering
problems
Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related IT discipline
• 2+ years’ experience using requirements management software such as DOORS or
Jama.
• 2+ years’ experience with Risk Management
• 2+ years’ experience with Army Acquisitions and C4ISR systems
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
