We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales with at least 7+ years prior B2B sales experience in various industries with small to medium sized businesses with a proven track record. Our Regional Director of Sales will generate sales lead daily with owners of small to medium-sized businesses with the goal of showing them the benefits & value of our services. You will be expected to handle all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to; prospecting, lead generation, setting appointments, developing relationships, creating written proposals, presenting the proposals, and closing the sale.
The successful candidate is self-motivated, self-disciplined & goal orientated. Candidate must demonstrate strong communications skills; in particular strong listening skills with the ability to uncover the real challenges the client is facing with his accounting, taxes payroll, recruiting & staffing services. The successful candidate should also display an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs. He or she must possess a strong results-oriented work ethic and sense of integrity, professionalism, urgency, enthusiasm & positive, & dependability. The successful candidate must be able to hire & train staff as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Prospect & qualify new business opportunities via telephone, email, and other networking methods via video conferences & more
Plans and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
Utilize & manage sales training programs to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the company's sales efforts & staff
Analyzes market conditions and strategically improves the company's market position for financial growth
Identify & develop a strategy to identify new business opportunities with the Director of Sales
Train & coaches’ sales employees on a variety of effective sales techniques
Builds customer relationships, negotiates, and closes business deals
Uncover prospect’s business challenges and relevant Information
Ability to identify the needs of prospects and generate interest
Build and cultivate prospect relationships
Assesses marketing potential of Region / Territory
Coordinate all leads, prospects, and opportunities set tasks to follow up
Work in provided CRM, update vital lead information, and leverage digital resources to gain a better understanding of prospects
Drives & recommends adoption of sales technology including client relationship management (CRM) tools functionality for improved reporting results
Documents, and enforces sales policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices
Research regional competition
Partners with Director of Sales to develop lead generation and revenue
Build partnerships with other companies, vendors & service providers
Ability to hit targeted goals
Outstanding aptitude to motivate team members and potential customers
Consistently meet and exceed expectations & goals
Experience: 7+ years in sales
Education: High School Diploma
18 years of age or older
Must pass a background check
Documented and verifiable references and work history
Complete problem solving
Strong phone skills with the ability to make a minimum of 75 dials per day
Excellent persuasive skills utilized for appointment setting with the ability to set 1 new appointments per day
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with businesses
Self‐motivated, confident, and unfazed by rejection
Instructing, Active listening, Monitoring & Instructing
Great organizational and time management skills
Ability to establish and maintain relationships
Personal discipline and the drive to make a difference
Ability to understand territories and sales markets
