Job Overview:

As a Sr. Visual Design Leader, you have the experience and natural ability to build customer user experiences through Visual Design Strategy, in Mobile Apps, Web, Desktop, etc. This role calls for a Product Designer with experience using Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite.

You will lead a team to communicate the scope of work, and ensure a high level of excellence in project work is delivered as promised. We are looking for someone with an industry background in designing ERP software user interfaces. 

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of junior and senior Visual Designers and UX Designers
• Establish priorities in collaboration with the different business units and help team adapt to changes in scope, priorities, and challenges
• Deliver key communications and timely responses to critical design needs
• Ensure project teams are appropriately staffed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Visual Design/UX Design and management experience in a digital product design role in a software company
• Able to articulate and understand at a strategic level all major components of the digital product life cycle, including technology, user experience, design, and measurement
• Must possess strong collaboration and team leadership skills
• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in various phases and under tight deadlines
• BA/BS in a related or comparable field
