We are looking for a reliable, experienced accounting professional to maintain current accounts payable, receivable, and assist in a variety of other accounting functions. The Bookkeeper will analyze expense reports and invoices to assign payments to the proper cost centers, support an eventual transition to online bill pay, and help build accounting processes.
Job Duties:
Process accounts payable invoices for five entities
Process accounts receivable for five entities
Reconcile cash receipts from AMS system to bank and enter into accounting software
Process state sales and use tax returns
Perform some balance sheet reconciliation work
Cash management and monitor cashflow for five entities
Assist with campaign finance reporting
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2-5 years of similar work experience
Knowledge Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus, but not required
**Applicants cannot hold an active real estate license. If you want to be considered for employment, you would have to put the license on “Inactive” status prior to employment.
Compensation is $50,000 - $55,000, plus a benefit package that includes company paid health insurance.
