Looking for a well spoken individual to join our great team at Job MobZ as a Recruiter. This role will involve developing a strong network of qualified candidates for mainly technical roles, but also marketing, sales, and G&A. This role will also require an understanding of business and hiring manager needs as well as being able to adapt to quickly changing environments.
You must be a motivated professional who is ready for a fast pace working atmosphere who wants to make an impact in people's careers! We want employees to have a passion for recruiting and staffing with the ability to create innovative ways to pique candidates' interest and maintain rapport with candidates and hiring managers. This position will handle all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle from posting jobs, sourcing, and phone screening all the way to the offer stage.
