    Paul Davis is looking to add an enthusiastic and optimistic Business Development Manager to our team of restoration professionals. We are looking for an assertive, persuasive individual who is also an excellent listener and thrives on creating and growing relationships. Our office is in Virginia, and you would be covering the Northern Virginia area as our Business Development Manager. If you join our team, you will have the freedom and independence to pursue your goals and all the tools to be successful! There is no cap on commission. Responsibilities:
    • Develop new business by generating opportunities and leads
    • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
    • Actively manage any lead up until the point of sale; follow up regularly after the sale to ensure client satisfaction
    • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand needs and to identify new business opportunities
    • Ensure follow-up and response to clients in a timely manner
    • Work as part of the Marketing team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities and processes
    • Track leads/wins/losses and marketing efforts through CRM
    • Represent Paul Davis at various events, organizations, and associations for building relationships that lead to new business and develop community ties to enhance public image and brand of the company
    • Maintain complete market awareness and use your knowledge and experience to allow Paul Davis to expand into new markets and generate opportunities
    • Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry trends to position Paul Davis to take advantage of a changing landscape
    • Attend bi-weekly marketing meetings to discuss results and direction
    • Possess strong business development and/or service industry sales skills
    • Have a proven sales track record in business development
    • Strong closing skills and account management experience
    • Great networking skills
    • Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic
    • Adaptable to change
    • Excellent communication skills - no fear of cold-calling
    • Effective time-management within a fast-paced and risk-oriented environment
    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Database (CRM) and experience using one is highly desirable
    • Ability to travel extensively within our service territory ( D.C. Metro area)
    • Experience in Insurance Restoration and/or Property Management industry is preferred
    • Excellent salary based on experience plus commission
