Construction Equipment Rental Company is seeking for an Administrative Assistant with a great attitude and fast learning abilities. Willing to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the administration and accounting department.
Hours: 7:30am – 2:00pm, Monday – Friday
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare outgoing mail, research and follow-up on returned correspondence
- Request, review and track contracts and information using database applications and spreadsheets
- Track Certificates of Insurance using database applications
- File management (set-up, maintain and facilitate customer & vendor records)
- Answering office phones
- Keep office and filing room neat and tidy
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products
* Have exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Able to manage multiple tasks without losing focus of priorities.
* Must be a self-starter
* Have the discipline to work in an unsupervised environment
