Judy’s Island Grill is small family owned & operated casual dining restaurant with a carry-out service. All roles at Judy’s Island Grill are very critical to the company’s success.
About the Cashier: This position takes customers carry-out orders and provides the chef with the orders. You will also be responsible for bagging the customers orders in a timely and accurate manner. The cashier will also be responsible for ensuring that the guests are having a pleasurable experience.
About the Server: This position plays a critical role as the main and sometimes only POC for the patron. Server must become familiar with menu items and feel comfortable making recommendations.
About the Utilities/Dishwasher: This position operates equipment for washing dishes, checks water temperature, sanitizes area, takes out trash, and assists in general cleaning of the facility.
About the Line Cook. This position sets up stocking stations, completes inventory, prepares food, and reports instructions to sous chef.
About the Expediter. This position checks flow of orders, checks plates to ensure items are placed properly transfer information from kitchen and other staff.
