Job Title Enterprise Application Architect for Cornerstone Functional Implementer of Performance Management Upgrade (HRPM) Scope of Work Company is undertaking a system replacement effort for its Performance Management platform, a key component of its employee evaluation and development processes. Its goal is to implement a dynamic and robust solution that is intuitive, mobile friendly and can fully incorporate the business processes defined by Human Resources to satisfy Company's Performance Management practices. The Functional Implementer is responsible for provisioning, configuring, and deploying the Performance Management platform using Company's performance evaluation processes, procedures, and data attributes. To be successful, the Functional Implementer must ensure all elements of Company's Performance Evaluation program are not only implemented, but widely adopted by staff with minimal barriers or constraints. The Functional Implementer will work with functional areas to implement the HRPM product, which entails more than providing technology to succeed, an implementation must include successful loading and configuration of Performance Management templates furnished by Human Resources and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure adoption of the new platform, implement enhancements identified through feedback sessions, and management of change. The Functional Implementer will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the implementation is conducted according to the project plan and documented thoroughly. What You Will Be Doing Works closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders during implementation to ensure it is executed according to the project plan. Assists in development of the project plan by identifying activities for implementation, including timeline for each activity. Functions as a liaison between business and vendor. Implements the processes, procedures, and applicable elements of Company's Performance Evaluation program into the platform. Designs and Executes unit smoke testing activities to ensure functions of the platform operate to specifications. Works closely with Management for each Department to ensure that the system reflects current performance management processes. Provides Organizational Change Management support including but not limited to communication materials, training materials, and other elements to support the deployment. Works closely with Human Resources and DoIIT personnel to ensure timely implementation of all performance management templates and workflows. Performs post-production hyper-care support to ensure stability and usability of the platform. Rapidly develops and executes corrective action plans after go-live as needed. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Functional and Technical Implementation experience with strong knowledge in Performance Management technologies, implementation and process integration Experience implementing Cornerstone Performance and Learning modules required. Demonstrated Project Management experience, including development of project plans, thorough and detailed documentation, and working in cross functional teams. Demonstrated experience in capturing and transposing business requirements into technical implementation activities. Education Bachelors' degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or in a related field or equivalent work experience.
