Responsibilities
Manage and complete daily marketing and transactional tasks in client relationship database
Respond to client needs promptly
Input and maintain listing and contract documents for each property in the online database systems
Monitoring and notifying clients and agents of important deadlines with a positive attitude to convey our team culture
Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses, inspections, walkthroughs, and closings
Coordinate all documents, inspections, repair receipts, and other transaction information with closing office
Audit documents and files for necessary information and signatures to be submitted to the broker for file compliance
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled mailings and reports
Produce marketing materials including flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
Assist the team in facilitating local and virtual events to build on the relationship with our clients
Qualifications
Administrative experience (preferred)
Customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possesses a good understanding of Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, and customer database systems
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple files
Professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as a team member
