      Our top producing real estate team is looking for a motivated and organized administrative coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, extremely organized, have a positive attitude and have excellent customer service skills.  Relationships are our business, so your professionalism and reliability are imperative.       Responsibilities

      • Manage and complete daily marketing and transactional tasks in client relationship database

      • Respond to client needs promptly

      • Input and maintain listing and contract documents for each property in the online database systems 

      • Monitoring and notifying clients and agents of important deadlines with a positive attitude to convey our team culture

      • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses, inspections, walkthroughs, and closings

      • Coordinate all documents, inspections, repair receipts, and other transaction information with closing office

      • Audit documents and files for necessary information and signatures to be submitted to the broker for file compliance

      • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled mailings and reports

      • Produce marketing materials including flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand

      • Assist the team in facilitating local and virtual events to build on the relationship with our clients

       

      Qualifications

      • Administrative experience (preferred)

      • Customer service experience (preferred)

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Possesses a good understanding of Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, and customer database systems

      • Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills

      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple files

      • Professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality

      • Ability to work independently and as a team member
