We’re looking for a caring, motivated, passionate, hardworking, trustworthy, problem-solver and empathetic real estate sales buyer’s agent to close qualified leads and help consult our buyers, and work with your own sphere also. You’ll be responsible for, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. If this sounds like you, apply today!

$75,000 to $100,000 commission only

• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market

• Work with potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
