We are searching for the right candidate to fulfill the role of Customer Experience Manager. This position provides support, guidance and issues resolutions to customers by acting as their liaison within the dealership. As a primary point of contact at the dealership, the Customer Experience Manager helps improve communication and helps decrease the amount of time it takes to resolve a customer’s concern.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers

- Monitoring CSI metrics and analyzing data
