A dynamic Mid-town CPA firm is seeking an experienced Office Administrative professional for a full- time position. The position requires the candidate to be extremely organized, able to multi-task, have experience in billing and collections and be accustomed to a professional environment. This position requires experience of being an administrative assistant or an executive assistant. This is a front desk position; the right candidate will have receptionist duties along with their other responsibilities.
Additional responsibilities include A/P, Payroll, and General Office Operations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks is required. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written are required for this position.
this position. Experience in an accounting firm and with OfficeTools Workspace is a definite plus; but experience in a professional practice environment is required. During the busiest times, Saturdays and evening O/T will be required. All candidates must be team players. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications. Base starting salaries range from $40K to $50K. Please provide a salary requirement range in your profile. Only experienced administrators or executive assistants will be considered for this position.
