Position Summary: This position plays a critical role managing patients prior to banding. They manage all observation, pending and new patients. This role is critical in ensuring that all banding spots are filled each month. Additionally, they assist the Orthodontist in presenting treatment and finances.
Education and Experience:

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write complex correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, families, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities: The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction. Must be detailed oriented. Need strong clerical, organizational and communication skills.
