A unique position is available at the premier preschool and after school in the Alpharetta area. Kids R Kids of Crabapplenis looking for a closing manager to assist our school in fostering an environment that enables children and teachers to thrive. We have a large, newly remodeled school that is nestled on 3+ acres of tree lined property. Our Directors have created a fun and successful learning environment in every classroom, utilizing center tools such as our 52’ SmartBoard, computer lab and endless supply closet. Our owners are onsite every day and genuinely care about the children and the staff. Our staff enjoys appreciation events like car washes, catered lunches, Christmas dinners, surprise treats, etc. We offer paid holidays, vacation days and an IRA retirement plan.

We are looking for a closing manager to help greet parents and staff in the evenings. The closing manager will be responsible for many of the administrative functions of our school’s software, Procare. Knowledge of this software application is encouraged. Closing manager must have secure Microsoft Office skills and be able to prepare documents and flyers easily. The candidate must be professional and friendly and positively project our schools' image to parents/guardians, staff and the community. The ability to establish rapport easily and quickly is a must. The candidate must be reliable, organized, timely, detailed oriented and calm when faced with demanding multitasking activities. The closing manager will also help transport children ages 5-10 from their nearby elementary school to our school for the after school program.  This will entail driving our small "daycare van/bus" so a clean driving record is a must.

A degree in business management or related field is strongly encouraged.  

Hours are 9:30am-6:30pm, Monday through Friday.  Pay range is $11-$13 per hour based on experience and education level.
