Hours can change depending on each team & hours you are looking for.

Phenomenal cleaners will earn $12.00 per hour after one month on top of tips & bonuses! Show us you belong to the Clean & Green family, treat our clients with love & respect, we will do the same with you.

Cleaners with experience & attention to detail can get a pay increase after the first two training days. Based on the evaluation of your team lead & management, the pay increase can be $10.00 - $12.00 based on previous cleaning experience or how quickly you adapt to our techniques.

No experience:

Starting to pay $9.00 per hour, after a two-week training period at $8.00 per hour.  In addition to the hourly rate, great and reliable cleaners can expect tips from regular clients & first time cleans. Bonus pay can be earned with wonderful reviews, amazing detail & speed.

What we do:

Serving families all over the Saint Louis area by making sure every property is disinfected & spotless top to bottom. No experience needed! We will train! If you do have experience, wonderful.

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle

Car insurance & will be verified.

Must bring in your updated background check.

Presentable, friendly, and professional on a daily basis.

Love to keep moving & have a strong passion for cleaning.

The ability to lift 50 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties.

Must meet these qualifications:

Fast-paced, Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Punctual, Common sense, Team player, Kind-hearted, Strong cleaning ability
