Service Dispatcher
 

Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our growing, family-owned company.

Main Duties:

• Answer service calls
• Dispatch our road technicians in an efficient & productive manner
• Close work orders
• Billing and invoicing
• Set-up and maintain customer profiles in company database
• Other miscellaneous service administrative duties 

Requirements:

• Dispatch experience required
• Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Stable work history
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
