    The full-time Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the lead real estate agent, acting with little supervision, prioritizing and managing her needs while overseeing the day‐to‐day details of the business. This will enable the agent to focus on lead generation and contract negotiations. We are looking for someone who will help grow the team, create a healthy culture who values running a highly efficient team while balancing personal responsibilities. Work Hard and Play Hard!

    Compensation:

    $50,000

    Responsibilities:

    OFFICE SUPPORT

    • Schedule meetings, appointments and provide reminders
    • Maintain database (CRM)
    • Track receipts, mileage and transaction goals of Agent (Quick Books and Excel)
    • Suggest more efficient ways to manage the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
    • Organizes and plans client appreciation events
    • Handles general administrative duties including typing, faxing, copying, scanning, electronic filing, and mailing
    • Maintain and update HR and Training processes in Operational Manual
    • Answer phone and email inquiries appropriately

    LISTINGS

    • Collect and assemble information for initial listing presentations
    • Assists in preparation of listing going on the market
    • Facilitate and monitor trusted contractors to make the property “market ready”
    • Ensure all properties have riders, brochures and COVID compliant materials

    BUYERS

    • Schedule consultations and showings, arrange times, add to Agent’s calendar
    • Assists in preparation of buyer’s disclosure packets to be printed or emailed to client
    • Update database with client’s needs, time lines and property location preferences

    Qualifications:
    • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
    • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
    • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
    • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
    • High school diploma required

    • Comfortable with Technology, willing to research, implement, and train agent new software
    • Proficient in Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Gmail
    • Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred
    • Experience in Quickbooks, Lion’s Desk, and Toggl a PLUS
    • Driver's license and vehicle are required
