Job Description

HomeVisit is seeking to expand its team of Photographers and 3D Scan Technicians/virtual tour creators to provide imaging needs to the Leesburg area. This is a 1099 contracting position, but we are most interested in working with individuals with weekday availability. Please note that some weekend and evening work will also be available, in addition to standard operating hours. You will need to be located in one of the listed cites, or nearby, to qualify for this position. This position is driving-intensive, depending on shoot location, with additional compensation.

Job Duties

• Learn and prove proficiency in HomeVisit's photography methods by completing an online certification course
• Opportunity to provide multiple imaging techniques including, but not limited to HD Video and 3D Imaging
• Shoot anywhere from 1 to 6 properties per day.
• Deliver consistently excellent imagery up to HomeVisit standards.
• Upload images to HomeVisit servers within tight deadlines.
• Additional opportunities and pay are available for upselling products and services.
• Daily driving with additional compensation for longer trips.

Requirements

• Excellent photography skills and applied photographic knowledge.
• Professional experience providing photography to customers.
• Professional photography equipment: full-frame DSLR, wide angle lens (minimum 17mm or equivalent), flash, and tripod.
• Professional video equipment: electronic gimbal for video
• Recent model smartphone
• Professional experience providing scanning services to customers.
• Device capable of scan operation, organization, and upload.
• High-speed Internet connection - with an emphasis on upload speeds.
• Knowledge of your local area.
• Dependable vehicle to drive from property to property.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
• Self-starter with personal reliability and motivation to work independently.
• Successful completion of online certification course

Compensation

• Contractors are compensated per shoot, based on services provided.
