    Job Title: BCO Senior Program Manager – KP [Contract Program Management]

    Location:  NCR, Fairfax, VA

    Job Summary:  BMA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide support to Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development and Management Office (SAF/CDM) Network and Architectures Directorate (CDMN) Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO) providing DoD-wide enterprise-level development, integration, systems engineering and synchronized delivery of mission capabilities and DoD-wide enterprise services that support interagency, strategic, allied, multinational, coalition, joint and combined Command and Control (C2) and intelligence coalition information sharing requirements.  To include cross-domain services, cybersecurity and interoperability testing. Providing the MPCO with program management, analysis, policy support and technical assistance services. The range of services consists of program management support, technical support, analytical support, administrative support, acquisition support and operational support for modernization, management, integration and consolidation of the Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), Pegasus, Combined Federated Battle Laboratory Network (CFBLNet), Virtual Data Centers (VDCs), US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (US BICES) and US BICES extended (US BICES-X).


    • Functional Requirement:
      • Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources. Serve as the overall lead or director on contract and associated projects and as the principal liaison between the Contractor and the Government.
      • Responsible for ensuring that all tasking associated with a Government-funded program or project is completed effectively and efficiently, on time and within budget. Responsible for providing updated technical, managerial and contractual inputs to the Government.
    • Specific Functional Requirement:
      • Experience in management of a requirement of similar size, scope, and complexity (i.e., Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security requirements, interdisciplinary, and multiple locations).
      • Apply program management knowledge and experience to organize and manage resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively accomplish USAF and CDM acquisition objectives consistent with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02 policies and procedures.
      • Leadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to major acquisition, employment and life cycle management.
    • Mandatory Experience Requirements: 
      • At least ten (10) years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description.
      • Six (6) years of specific functional requirement Listed above.
      • Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.


    • Master’s Degree in the stated discipline Or Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category functional description.


    • Possess U.S. Final TS/SCI and adjudicated (SBI); Completed in past 5 years.
    • Must be Eligible to accesses NATO Secret.
