We are looking for a bright, energetic Administrative Assistant to be responsible for daily administrative functions of our client in the Title/lending business. This is a temporary opportunity that can lead to a full time role pending your success.
- Scan documents and send them via email to particular clients.
- There is a minimal review of the document package (1 or 2 docs that have to be checked)
- Call notaries across the country to schedule refinance closings.
- Once Scheduled the temp will print the notary and lender confirmations and send them via email to the notary/lender, respectively.
- File documents through the E-Recording portal in various states.
- The documents will be prepared to file, so the temp will not need to know how to put them together; but there will be 1 or 2 quality control steps to make sure they are ready to record.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and via e-communication
- Must be proficient with word processing applications
- Team player and ability to work with internal and external clients
- Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am 6:00 pm
