    The US Regulated Industries (RI) Finance Director oversees a team that partners closely with our sales leadership in different industries from Financial Services and Health and Life Sciences to verticals like State and Local Governments and Education to drive business growth, through actionable insights and best in class processes. This role manages a diverse team of 5 individuals that sit across Washington DC and New York. This role in based in Reston, Virginia.

    In this role we're looking for someone who excels in executive partnership, cross-group collaboration, drives transformation, business acumen/insight as well as people & organizational leadership. We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative finance professional with proven leadership and ability to drive business impact to support & drive performance clarity and predictability in complex business models, to join our team. Success attributes critical to the role include:

    • ability to devise creative solutions to challenging issues,
    • curiosity to understand our product/solution strategy, partner ecosystem and sales motion, 
    • collaborating effectively and influencing across multi-disciplinary teams at all levels of the organization in both the local subsidiary as well as corporate support functions. 


    • L ead, develop and retain a high-performance, diverse and inclusive team assuming positions as CFOs of their respective domains.
    • Lead the finance team to play the role of agitators for growth, provoking business insights that proactively articulates areas of actionable opportunity and objective performance assessment from an industry perspective. 
    • Lead team to drive Investment Decision Support by collaborating with business leads to drive modeling & analysis of new revenue through white space analysis and ROI on resource allocation. 
    • Lead our key financial processes for the RI organization, including close, budgeting and forecasting, in an accurate and predictable manner. 
    • Consult business owners on appropriate finance and accounting treatment and ensuring consistency with corporate policies. 
    • Drive a culture of compliance, creating awareness and emphasize proactive risk management 
    • Participate actively in the worldwide commercial community that extends the impact of US subsidiary learnings, benefits of resource model, as well as ensure standardization and leveraging of WW initiatives. 
    • Partner with the business to tell our Modern Finance story to our customers. 


    • A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated work experience in related field
    • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
    • MBA/CPA preferred 
    • Demonstrated expertise in business negotiations and relationship management 
    • Experience leading high performance teams
    • Knowledgeable and passionate about technology solution sales, competitor products and services
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
