Job Description

Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Talent Management Officer (Career Development/Training) Collaborate with the Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager, Company Representatives, Program Leads, and the METRO Team Members to onboard/retain a robust, viable workforce, which meets the Sponsor's requirements. Specific Duties: * Identify specific orientation training for new-to-contract Team Members. Schedule/ensure completion of seminars as part of onboarding. Document completion in Sponsor Portal. * Provide tailored orientation/development plan for new Team Members to include links to Sponsor-related training. Coordinate with the Program Leads to identify Component-specific orientation. Post/keep up-to-date orientation material on Sponsor Portal for ease in distribution. * Identify Mentor for new-to-contract Team Members and arrange introduction (ideally, on start date). * Touch base with new-to-contract Team Members during initial 30 days on contract to ensure assimilation with Sponsor mission support and address any questions/concerns. * Engage Program Leads on regular basis to identify any potential Team Member development issues. * As needed, work with Program HR Focal Point, Component, Program Lead, Company Representative and Team Member on potential challenges in meeting Sponsor Requirements. In conjunction with Company Representative and Team Member, prepare a Performance Improvement Plan for signature/review by Team Member. Identify key stakeholders in the Plan and ensure 30, 60 and 90-day follow-up. * Engage Team Members on Career Development Plans, specifically efforts to enhance LCAT skills and knowledge. Identify Team Members of Excellence in different LCATs to lead seminars on key Sponsor issue. * With Program Manager, conduct Annual Performance Evaluation for each Team Member. Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Requirements: * TS/SCI W/Poly
* 12+years of Sponsor experience, with direct knowledge of the LCATs roles and responsibilities. Working knowledge of Component Roles/Responsibilities
* Must be accessible on the Sponsor IT system on a daily basis. * Understanding of HR-related functions, specifically performance evaluation/mitigation strategies. * Ability to operate independently with minimal direction. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong problem solving skills. * Deliver on results despite obstacles. * Ability to effectively contribute in a dynamic team environment * Proven coaching and influence skills. * Be willing to sit in the Reston SCIF 90% of the time PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
