Evaluate and analyze Bank Secrecy Act reporting to generate original, insightful, and accurate intelligence products on key issues, typologies, and trends in financial crime. These products are designed to assist senior and mid-level government officials, including law enforcement investigators, regulators, and/or policy makers. Responsible for generating complete and accurate reports in areas such as: financial crime methods and trends, and illicit finance target development, such as identification of financial crime networks.
Research, analysis and dissemination will require using Bank Secrecy Act filings, supporting documentation, open sources, and other Government-provided data sources, including, but not limited to, law enforcement information, commercial databases, and classified systems. Assist in the research, analysis, evaluation and dissemination of this data in analytical products. These products support international partners, law enforcement agencies, and other FinCEN customers. Specifically, this position requires:
