    • Manage RFP process through completion; submit RFP to carrier for proposals and follow up as needed, transcribe proposals to excel spreadsheet, update CRM with quotes, spreadsheets and carrier communication during client renewal
    • Analyze proposals to ensure specifics match as requested
    • Create and provide quality assurance on materials presented to prospective and current business, first impressions are everything
    • Internal expert for all staff regarding printing equipment, usage and efficiency
    • Create and maintain updated contact list for all in-state and out-of-state vendor relationships for provide efficient RFP results
    • Maintain inventory of all marketing and printing supplies and request as needed
    • Maintain and communicate workload demands to set proper expectations with COO and Sales team
    • Produce professional enrollment kits and ID cards as needed
    • Train and educate broker and renewal team members on newest products, trends and vendor needs
    • Teaching/training coworkers to further their skills in Excel and the creation of spreadsheets
    • Training team members how to run quotes online for renewal alternatives and new lines of benefits
    • Create accurate and concise spreadsheets for brokers to present at client meetings
    • Maintain ongoing communication with carrier representative and BBG employees regarding status of above mentioned items
    • Attend CE classes and seminars to maintain required Life and Health License


    • Must have minimum of one year experience performing role currently or recently
    • Must have good command of the English language, and the ability to communicate in both oral and written formats
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large amounts of data
    •  Must be proficient in using carrier online portals and quoting systems
    • Ability to operate a variety of office machines, including copier, fax machine, 10-key calculator and computer using standard word processing, spreadsheet and data inquiry software
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, carrier reps and vendors
    • Maintain records and files with precision and accuracy
    • Rely on experience, resourcefulness and exercise independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals


    • High School Diploma/GED



    • Ability to obtain VA Health and Life Insurance License within 180 days of hire.  Company will cover cost for first class and exam.



    These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 

    • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard
    • The employee is required to be able to walk up three (3) flights of stairs, multiple times per day, on a daily basis
    • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision
    • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds


    • Work performed in an office environment
    • Daily work performed Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • Additional hours may be required on an as needed basis
