One of my top clients is seeking a highly motivated Patient Registration Specialist to assist with the intake of patients and coordinating between the front office and back-office team. Seeking a Patient Registration Specialist ob-gyn office experience.
-Answering phones, the first point of contact for virtual and in-person patients
-Register patients and verify insurance/copays
-Obtains all necessary patient records as required by a physician prior to treatment or procedures.
-Organizing administrative tasks for medical staff
-Performs other administrative duties, i.e. typing, filing faxing, chart preparation, reception, etc, as requested by supervisor or physician.
Insurance Verification, EMR, OBGYN, Patient Registration, Health Care
-1+ year call center, healthcare, IT, or customer service experience that is fast-paced.
-Prefer individuals that have in office setting experience and understand how to handle a multi-line phone system.
-High school diploma
-OBGYN office experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
-Assist with the intake of patients and coordinating between the front office and back-office team.
-Seeking OBGYN office experience or midwife, gynecologic, women's health, etc.
-Administrative functions in the clinic.
