The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing all administrative tasks and documents within the Department, to include scheduling and project production, providing oversight of computer programs, third-party systems, updating leads to jobs, ensuring problem and warranty jobs are progressing properly, managing our trades and vendors, and assisting estimators, project managers, and the director when needed.
