CSI is immediately seeking a Desktop Technician for a project with a client of ours in Columbus, OH. This project starts January 25th and runs through April. Experience working as a technical support - setting up printers, workstations etc. Bonus if it's in healthcare Local to Columbus, OH Preferred M-F Business hours Pay 23hr based upon experience and education Project dates January 24th - Mid April Go-Live Need Valid Driver's License - will work different locations to set up the hospital's tech Job Responsibilities Read and follow a map of the department to locate and test every workstation. Perform documented test cases on workstations by following pre-printed test scripts Each test case is designed to confirm the following The workstation is asset tagged and the ID matches the workstation record. The expected peripherals (badge reader, barcode scanner, e-signature pad) are attached to the workstation. The peripherals are in working order and correctly function Printouts generated by the workstation print to the expected printer. Validate the printout format matches expectations (e.g. labels are aligned appropriately, no garbled printouts) Industry Hospital Health Care
