Responsible for maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, enhancing, and training personnel in regard to Siemens Teamcenter PLM, PD/LM environments. Helps advise in the growth of the appropriate infrastructure needs to support the optimal TeamCenter tool usage. This includes support of multiple programs through multiple SW instances. Troubleshoots issues with the CAD, PD/LM environments. Works as a part of the larger configuration management/ change control company function. Coordinate with hardware OEMs, software vendors, 3rd party IT support staff, and company IT management personnel to ensure PLM systems remain available, functional, and operable with minimal downtime. Stay abreast of new modules, capabilities, and upgrades to the TC software. Gain fluency in company-purchased Teamcenter functionality, including an understanding of contract configuration/data management requirements, naming conventions, author/reviewer/approver assignments and their influence on workflows, etc. Develop processes and procedures for the use, expansion, and enhancement of Teamcenter as a fully integrated PLM tool. Early efforts shall be focused on Computer-aided Design (CAD) file management and document management, including part creation, change control, and assembly integration. Develop and implement new workflows, configuration classifications, functionality, and capabilities within TC. Manage and support users of TeamCenter, including training, authorizations, technical troubleshooting and customization needs. SW scripting/ development for new modules and TeamCenter solutions for each program/ application.

1) Significant TeamCenter experience and knowledge of the PD/LM, PDM tool and how to act as an administrator there. 2) Experience with BMIDE programming or scripting experience required. 3) Experience with CAD software - Solidworks or NX preferred
BS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical degree. At least 5 yrs of professional experience including 3 yrs of exposure and experience in the Siemens TeamCenter tool. Experience supporting programs in the implementation and maintenance of PLM systems, customized to the specific contract requirements. In-depth experience with Teamcenter PLM is a requirement; additional PLM experience a strong plus. Knowledge of BMIDE programming required for new/changed List of Values (LOVs) e.g. configuration classifications. Other scripting languages and/ or experience with C++/ Java a big plus. Knowledge of how to setup new workflows in TeamCenter. Experience in configuration management, change control, and document management using a PLM tool a strong plus. Desired experience includes experience working with SOLIDWORKS Integration Manager with Teamcenter (SWIM).
