About this role:
OCI's Data Center Operations (DCO) has an opportunity for an IT Business Implementation Analyst to support all areas of data center operations for Oracle's National Security Regions (ONSR). This role will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing processes and procedures that meet the requirements of customers in our ONSRs.
We are seeking candidates that have experience in process improvement, project management, and writing documents, in a data center environment.
Due to the nature of our customers, US Citizenship is required along with an active Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the processes that impact our ONSR facilities and staff by identifying risks and opportunities for improvements. In addition, this role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
