    Job Description

    Job Title Network Administrator Description Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and IT Operations, the Network Administrator is responsible for the day to day technical implementation, maintenance, recovery, and ongoing performance management of mission-critical enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, spanning several disciplines of system administration, including enterprise identity management, dedicated storage systems, web applications, various hardware infrastructure, heterogenous network topologies, and highly availablefault tolerantload-balanced systems. The Network Administrator provides systems support to other ITIS staff and enterprise users in areas such as application software code promotion, support staff escalations, troubleshooting advanced issues, attending regular meetings, and working on projects as a technical resource in diverse teams. Must be able to quickly understand technical requirements, and provide guidance and feedback based on input from users, and Management, while maintaining corporate standards. Candidate must be able to create a consistent work product in a fast-paced, continuously evolving landscape, and be a goal-oriented self-starter. Responsibilities Leading problem-solving efforts, often involving outside vendors and other support personnelorganizations. Driving ongoing improvements in IT Operations practices, processes, as well as enterprise user experience. Collaborating with development staff throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition of the application from Development to Production Support teams. Building, deploying and maintaining new productstechnologies to support the enterprise, while ensuring best practices in security and system lifecycles. Contributing to the establishment of policies and procedures for the installation and management of hardware, networks, backups, etc. Engaging closely with development, engineering and operations teams to deliver highly available and scalable services with minimalzero downtime. Managing data center and branch systems, including hardware, software and battery backups. Required Qualifications Certification CCNA Experience in Microsoft Windows server environments including Active Directory, Windows high availability cluster configurations. At least 5 strong years of Network Administration Experience with VPN Tunnels Strong Cisco Experience SDWAN is strongly preferred Proficiency with SFTPFTP, DNS, DHCP, SNTP, SMTP, SNMP Experience with virtualization technologies including VMWare Experience with Load Balancing (specifically F5) Meraki knowledge Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
