We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Hours are Mon-Thurs from 9am-5pm. You will have a four day work week and a three day weekend.

Prange Apparel LLC is a cut and sew apparel manufacturing company located in Nashville, TN in the Donelson area. We specialize in high end women’s ready-to-wear and boutique clothing. We have a unique manufacturing style in which our talented sewing professionals work as a team to sew garments in batches. We are interested in someone who wants to grow with the company as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls and emails and route new clients through the proper channels
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Take meeting notes
• Assist with social media posts
• Type up sewing instructions and edits
• Basic weekly accounting
• Ordering supplies and inventory
• Keeping track of inventory and stock levels
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of garment construction and sewing terminology
• Formal education in fashion a plus but not required
• Associates degree or higher
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Social media knowledge
• Willing to sign an NDA
