    Due to continued growth, we are excited to bring on a new Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) Practice Lead. We are in search of someone that has a roll-up the sleeves and get their hands dirty attitude, to help lead an already amazing and highly talented teampractice to even higher success. The SAS Practice Lead will focus on the strategic direction of our service offerings, manages the resources in the SAS practice, assists sales efforts as a subject matter expert, and ensures that Elire is delivering quality solutions to our clients. Typical projects range in length from 3 to 18 months. During times not impacted by COVID-19, client travel is required as needed by the client. Note - Under the current Covid-19 climate, all employees are currently working remote. Duties Responsibilities LeadershipManagement Serve as a Business Process thought leader by staying abreast of new technologies and trends and advising on forthcoming market trends Acts as a leader that collaborates with upper management in creating, instilling, and evolving methodology, tools, and templates utilized by the SAS team Proven project management and leadership abilities on projects with moderate-to-high levels of complexity Understand the market demand in SAS Develop the Go to Market strategy for SAS to achieve budgeted sales goals for the practice Establish strategic relationships and vendor alliances Participate in sales and support our sales organization as the SAS Subject Matter Expert Join user groups, use networks to generate leads, involved in incremental sales and the development of sales materials including RFPs, presentations, demos, decks, etc. Manage the growth and stability of the SAS team hire, develop and advance SAS team members Personal Utilization It is expected that the successful candidate will participate in the following types of engagements Application and Strategic Roadmaps to provide clients with system agnostic advice about the future of the IT investments and the best ways to improve their business processes Testing projects to expand testing coverage, as well as to expand use of automated testing tools Change Management projects to ensure all area of change are understood, and to ensure all appropriate training and communication strategies are developed and executed Process mapping and process improvement projects designed to make processes more efficient and effective Support of Implementations, Optimizations, and Support of OnPrem and Cloud projects Sales and Business Development Use consulting industry experience and knowledge to leverage previous, existing, and new client relationships to sell SAS Practice (and Elire as a whole) offering Maintain loyalty and relationships with existing customers Works with sales team to identify potential customers needs and to introduce our services in the attempt to win new business Network with consulting partners and work with them on larger implementations and broader relationships Understand customers' business and requirements Lead Request for Proposal efforts Participate in the negotiation of the terms of an agreement using persuasion skills to conclude the sale Gather market and customer information Staff company booth at exhibitions and conferences Continue education to stay abreast of new technologies and trends and advise on forthcoming market trends Develop practice budget and participate in reporting of actual to budget Review sales performance on a regular basis and compare to plan Lead efforts, in coordination with Elirersquos Marketing team, to develop Marketing materials Employee Development and Contractor Management Ensure Employees and Contractors are meeting client expectations and upholding the reputation of Elire Establishing yearly annual goals with the SAS team Coordinating and overseeing the mid-year and end-of-year review process for the SAS team Involved in hiring and dismissal of employees Work to ensure firm utilization rates for employees are achieved Participate in the recruitment of qualified candidates to fill project positions Work with Recruiting to develop pipelines of both internal and external resources for current and upcoming project needs Work with HRTraining to ensure completion of ongoing training modules and classes in the companies LMS system This Practice Lead will be assumed to perform and assist with the following activities Developing and maintaining productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings Understanding customer requirements and business objectives Creating and distributing meeting materials, if needed Support new technology implementation Leading and facilitating current and future state process mapping work sessions Using Visio to create process documentation Conducting best practice research Leading efforts to provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals Lead design sessions including fit-gap analysis Identifying and mitigating issues and risks Leading efforts to provide alternatives and work arounds for design gaps Creating Functional Specs for Tech Team Leading testing efforts, including creating testing strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts, as well as organizing testing activities Leading efforts to develop strategic roadmaps, improve end to end processes, improve outsourcing and vendor relationships, and contributing to the implementationupgrade lifecycle Performing Risk Analysis Effective Liaison between the client team, BArsquos, and Tech Team Lead project management coordination, budgeting, and administration Training and mentoring multiple consultants Leading on multiple client projects at the same time (for different clients) KnowledgeSkillsAbilities Expert abilities Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Facilitating meetings - able to conduct meetings with stakeholders and influence outcomes Understanding business processes from either a financials or human resources working environment Working well in a team environment and to work within a directed and non-directed environment to complete work activities Having communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership Having organizational skills with attention to detail Using analytical skills with problem solving abilities Showing a sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environment Proven self-starter with the ability to take initiative outside of assigned tasks Proven ability to work independently with little to no supervision Expert knowledge of 3 or more PeopleSoft andor Cloud modules Capable of leading a small team of more than 10 personnel on projects with moderate levels of complexity, including consultants from other Elire practice areas Proven experience developing strategic roadmaps and improving business processes Ability to apply and solve complex ideas, issues, and observations into clear and understandable solutions and work products Proven experience with query and reporting tools Leading sales efforts, including RFPs, writing SOWs, participating in client presentations Work with other Practice leads and Partners to combine methodologies or to deliver unified approach to client Working at a strategic level with Elire partnership group to help shape direction of the company Methodology Proficiency Expert process mapping, work session facilitation and related documentation skills Expert knowledge of multiple SAS methodology and tools including but limited to Strategic Roadmap, End to End Process Improvement, and Change Management Demonstrated contributions to the development and creation of templates and tool with no direction from peers and senior staff Lead the creation of best of breed documents (deliverable examples) Lead to the creation of new methodologies and service offerings, including working across practices Expert knowledge of multiple process improvement methodologies (SAS, Six Sigma, Hammer, Rummler Brache), change management methodologies (CAP, ADDIE, 5 Moments of Truth) and project management (SDLC, agile) All applicants must also meet the following requirements Willingness to travel up to 100, especially during peak times of a project You may reside anywhere in the contiguous United States if you have access to major airport Legally able to work for any employer in the US Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 10+ years of Consulting or relevant Professional Experience (Accounting, Financials, Human Resources) 5 years of Project Management Experience, PMP not required but a plus 5 years of experience assisting with sales calls, RFPs, and SOWs
