A Day in the Life
Your primary role is to serve as the go-to troubleshooter for your agent. When problems arise, you will quickly identify and rectify them accordingly. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for calendar management, coordinating listings, scheduling inspections, lead follow-up, transaction coordination, and establishing systems and processes. You are social media savvy and will provide marketing support for the Lead Agent. Your warm, welcoming attitude will allow you to greet clients and manage the office with ease. This position requires someone with a take-charge attitude who is looking to grow into a Director of Operations role.
Candidates with prior real estate experience as a Listing Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant and/or similar role are encouraged to apply.
Required Experience & Knowledge
• 2-3 years of administrative experience within the Real Estate Industry
• Real Estate License preferred but not required
• Must be familiar with local neighborhoods in Loudoun County
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe and Microsoft Products (Excel, Publisher, Word)
• Google Suite
• CRM system
• Social Media Platforms (FB, Linkedin, etc)
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Hours: M-F, 9-5, Weekend and Daily Flexibility is Required

Location: Ashburn, VA. You have daily access to a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance. Ideally, you live no further than 30 minutes away.
