MONDAY-FRIDAY

COPPELL , TX AREA

9AM-6PM

PAY RATE: 15.00 HR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately record items onto inventory transfer sheet.

Review and accurately enter inventory transactions into system.

Perform timely cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.

Accurately pull orders.

Sort and organize product by category.

Assemble product, tag, other related requests.

Pack order for shipment.

Print required shipping labels, documents from system.

Schedule pick ups / follow up

Inspect merchandise for damages, defects.

Assist in setting up product for review

Load, unload truck, container as needed.

Pick-up/drop-off packages as requested.

Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and follow safety codes.

Carry out other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer Service/Warehouse experience with high school diploma

Good reading comprehension, writing and verbal communications.

Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with peers and all levels of Management.

Type a minimum of 40 w.p.m.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision and be able to remain patient and calm in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Able to work independently and efficiently.

Detail oriented, well organized, and punctual.

Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of the position.

Maintain solid attendance. Must be able to work overtime with little or no advanced notice.

Physically strong, agile, undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.

May require bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, while practicing proper safety procedures. Be able to lift, move up to 50 lbs. packages.

Use of hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, one-man lift, tools.

Possess good attitude and moral character.
