Personal Lines Customer Service Specialist

Provide an educated, friendly, exceptional Customer Service experience to our policyholders for their automobile, home, and personal insurance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct contact with our policyholders in person, and through telephone, fax, and email.
Update policies with changes such as new cars, sold cars, additions on homes, lienholder changes etc.
Evaluate risk needs and give advice on proper coverage and budget concerns.
Report claims to carriers.
Prepare correspondence requesting information and verification from insureds.
Followup with clients and/or client service providers.
Contact with insurance carriers.
Advise individuals with professionalism, compassion, patience, intelligence, kindness, and respect.

High School, Associates, or Bachelor's degree
2 years or less of insurance customer service experience preferred
General customer service experience of 3 years or less
Current property and casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one prior to start
Experience with IMS4 (or similar agency management system) preferred
