Candidates must possess Enterprise Software and Best of Breed sales experience enabling them to comfortably discuss both business and technology issues with mid- to high-level decision makers. This position requires outstanding technical as well as sales skills. This role will be responsible for product sales in the assigned territory - candidates must be able to work in a collaborative sales environment. Strategic selling and partner engagement within the territory will be required.
Selling One Identity solutions in the Federal Government market through a variety of sales and marketing activities
-Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company resources including partner managers, pre-sales, support, service, and management, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
-Finding, developing and closing sales opportunities through a structured sales process
-Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies
-Creating and executing targeted account plans in concert with partner managers and pre-sales
-Working with channel and alliance partners to increase opportunity size and expedite closure on assigned agencies
-Customarily and regularly engage at client facilities
-This position is part of the Federal Sales team, reporting to the Director of Federal Sales, Platform Management and One Identity, which rolls up to the Federal VP of Sales
10+ years overall sales experience, extensively in field based position
-3+ years overall sales experience selling software to the Federal Government with proven account relationship management experience
-Existing relationships with customers in the Federal space
-Strong senior executive level communication and presentation skills
-Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
-Knowledge selling Microsoft and Security product lines
-Must be a US Citizen
-Must be able to travel
