    Currently, Quick Cable is undergoing a transformation in which the company seeks to significantly improve service and productivity through operational excellence and implementing proven improvement in Customer Care and Retention methodologies. The Customer Service Representative role is critical to provide great customer service expertise and quick response time.

    • Answers incoming calls from customers in a timely, friendly manner and takes customer orders for a product or assists the customer with inquiry
    • Processes inquiries from customers regarding product availability, pricing, order status, tracking, etc.
    • Enters customer orders with correct pricing, discounts, notes, and freight
    • Maintains customer records by recording and updating account information
    • Provides exceptional customer service
    • Contributes to the team effort through accomplishing daily order entry and improving processes related to customer service


    • 3+ years of experience working within a manufacturing customer service atmosphere and order entry background
    • Experience with working with ERP and or other inventory databases
    • Proficient in PC/ Microsoft Office skills


    • Excellent verbal and written communications.
    • Ability to accept and drive change throughout the customer service team.
    • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Self-motivated and goal oriented
    • Ability to forge solid relationships with teammates, managers, customers, and operate effectively across a wide range of capabilities and personalities.


    High school diploma required. Associates degree in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or related area is strongly preferred.
