Corporate Recruiter (Healthcare/IT)
Experienced Corporate Recruiter with a focus in IT/Healthcare
5 years of recruiting in the Federal Government contracting industry is required.
3+ years extensive knowledge of IT recruiting, engineering and technical recruiting is required
3+ years extensive Healthcare recruiting experience is required (NIH, ARMY, etc.)
Experience using one or more ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Boolean Internet savvy with the ability to mine candidates online using a multitude of deep Web sourcing techniques
Experience teaming with business development and proposal teams
Expert knowledge of candidate sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends and relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to recruit nationally for multiple locations
Certs are a plus (AIRS CIR, ACIR, CSSR, CSMR or ECRE)
Bachelors Degree B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
