Quotient is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join the Commercial team based in North America. The role is a full-time position working flexible hours. The Field Service Engineer is highly skilled on the MosaiQ™ system and conducts MosaiQ™ system field service activity, site surveys, on site commissioning, operational qualification and customer training. They will conduct their role with the goal of achieving and maintaining highest customer satisfaction. The incumbent is also expected to support third party Field Service Engineers in their MosaiQ customer support activity
The main responsibilities will include:
- Resolve 1st & 2nd Level customer questions/problems involving the Quotient MosaiQ™ solutions.
- Manage Return Material Authorization processes with customer and partners.
- Assist third party field service engineers with troubleshooting problems in high pressure situations.
- Troubleshoots performance issues to determine root cause and possible solutions.
- Works together with PMS to document authority communication such as description of Field Safety Corrective Action (Initial, Follow-up or Final Report) or Incident Report.
