    Job Description

    Financial Advisory Firm in Morris County , NJ seeks a TECHNOLOGY MANAGER THIS IS A FT SALARIED ONSITE JOB (Overseeing the IT needs of the firm) BUT FOR THE TIME BEING IT IS REMOTE Duties Responsibilities The Vice President of Technology oversees all technology initiatives and is the central point of contact for technology vendor relationships for our organization. This person will report to the Chief Compliance Officer. Examples of job duties include Responsible for overseeing the support, trouble shooting, and maintenance of the firm network and IT infrastructure, desktop computers, notebook computers, printers, and other IT devices of the firm. Management and oversight of firm's telephone and communication platforms (Zoom, MicrosoftRegistered Teams, Mitel). Manages the implementation and applicationsystem upgrades and on-going support of numerous software applications (e.g., Salesforce, Qualtrics, a proprietary SQL Database, etc.). Assisting the CCO in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, regulation changes and industry practices including cyber security and business continuity. Prepares long and short-range plans for software selection, systems development, and the resources needed to support them. Assists in the planning and development of the IT budget Lead teams and individually coordinate the implementation of projects to ensure the projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget. Identify and assist in the education of staff regarding IT devices and software applications. Ensure that access control, disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, and risk management needs are properly addressed. Qualifications 5+ years of current experience in Information Technology Salesforce experience and Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) preferred Strong background in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word, Outlook and Excel. Superior organizational, time management, and writtenoral communication skills. Process-driven and proactive with a natural instinct for problem solving. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Self-starter and ability to work with multiple departments within the firm.
