Our Healthcare IT Client is hiring an IT Scrum Master to begin remotely and then sit on-site at their Raleigh, NC location. This will be a contract to hire opportunity for a Scrum Master supporting two scrum teams of 10 each. If qualified, please email your resume to Healea at Main Qualifications o Expert as a hands on scrum master managing 2 teams concurrently (i.e. they were 100 allocated to the scrum master role) with recent experience o Expert in Rally, daily scrum meetings, and managing upstream and downstream dependencies, driving process improvement, supporting peers o Accountable, manage the work as if they owned the company philosophy document actions, manage actions to complete o Proven experience driving agile adoptions ability to influence without authority o Excellent emotional intelligence, verbal and written skills, and interpersonal skills o Some experience as an RTE preferred demonstrated ability to document and manage team risks, issues, blocker action plans o Provenability to demonstrate leadership in process and quality transformation and working beyond core job accountabilities.
