    We are looking to hire for our Allentown facility located at 4777 Hamilton Blvd, Allentown PA 18103This location is next to Audi and Subaru car dealership on Hamilton Blvd.

    Pay: Starting pay of $11/hr during training.  After one week of training $12/hr plus tips.

    Hours: between 35 to 40 hours

    start shift as early as 6 AM till 12 AM; 6 days a week (Monday or Tuesday day-off); 36 hours a week.

     Crew Members are responsible for executing to the Dunkin Donuts’ operational standards. Responsible for working as part of a team to meet the needs of our Guests while providing a hospitable environment.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Skills 
      • Speaks/Reads English
      • Can take spoken orders from Guests
      • Can count money and make change
      • Can operate restaurant equipment
    • Other 
      • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)

    Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities:

    • Ensures a Satisfactory Guest Experience: 
      •  Holds the Guest as their most important priority at all times
      • Handles high pressure situations calmly
      • Is able to resolve customer concerns utilizing LAST with respect and a sense of urgency
      • Understands all hospitality standards and holds self accountable for them
      • Completes all required Xpert training
      • Contributes to inside and outside cleanliness standards
      • Acknowledges all Guests and is highly responsive to needs and special requests
      • Communicates Guest feedback to restaurant management
      • Educates Guests on product line and added value available to them
      • Adheres to all uniform and grooming standards
      • Communicates in English and seeks assistance to improve communication skills
      • Actively participates in meeting all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards

      • Ensures restaurant management is aware of work availability in advance
      • Is flexible with work schedule as business needs change including taking breaks
    • Additional Notes from Manager: 
      • Must clean restroom, and general cleaning of the store
      • Will need to sweep and mop the floor
      • Uniform – white shirt, jeans, non-slippery shoes from Wal-Mart or any other place. DD will provide you with hat, apron and name tag
      • Training & Pay – you must complete online training first ($11/hr). After that store training from 6 hours to 9 hours ($11/hr).  Then you will start your work, as discussed.  Your work will be accessed and review after working for 7 days and your pay will be adjusted to $12/hr.
