Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
- Provides customer service and helps resolve issues by offering solutions or transferring to correct departments, or provide explanations and available options.
General Accountabilities
- Uses search engines to locate customers
- Provides customers' information about HRA's and health services, takes or enters HRA's
- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to health care
- Maintains close contact with customer until task is complete
- Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
- Computer Skill: Basic
